How a claim gets onto this site, and what stops it

There is no score out of ten on this site, no payout time and no RTP percentage. Those absences are deliberate and each has a reason. This page sets out the rule every statement on the site has to pass, and the four kinds of claim that are refused however good they would look.

One rule

Every factual statement on this site has to name the record it came from and the date that record was read.

That is the whole rule. Everything below is what follows from applying it strictly.

What it looks like in practice

When this site says Trustpilot has suspended a rating, it names the profile, quotes Trustpilot's own words, gives the date of reading and shows a screenshot of the notice. You can open the same page and see the same thing, or see that it has changed — which is equally useful.

When it says a licence exists, it names the register, the licence number, the holder, the issue and expiry dates and the domains listed on the row, and shows the row. When the row contradicts itself — a status of Valid beside an expiry date that has passed — the contradiction is printed rather than resolved in anyone's favour.

When a search found nothing, the search is described: which register, which strings, which date. A negative result with a method is evidence. A negative result without one is a rumour.

When a statement comes from the operator describing itself, it is introduced as the operator describing itself, and it stays a claim for the rest of the page.

The four things this site will not publish

A payout time nobody measured. No hours, no minutes, no “instant”. If a figure like that appears on a review site, the fair question is who timed it and on what date, and the answer is usually nobody. Withdrawals explains what is published instead.

An RTP percentage without the exact game and the date it was read. Return to player belongs to a game, not to a casino, and it is published inside the game's own info panel. A site-level RTP figure is not a measurement of anything. The lobby page sets out why.

A score out of ten. A rating is a summary, and a summary of documents that are already reproduced in full adds nothing except the appearance of authority. Where this site has a view — and it does — the view is written in sentences that can be argued with.

Somebody else's review text. Individual reviews are one person's account, unverified, and on a profile where the platform states it removed fake entries the individual entries are the least reliable layer available. This site uses the aggregate — counts, distributions, platform notices — and does not reproduce or paraphrase what reviewers wrote. That applies to the five-star entries as much as the one-star ones.

What this site could not do, and says so

The operator's own website could not be opened from where these pages were written.

That has a direct cost, and the cost is stated on every page where it applies rather than hidden. It means the wagering multiple, the game weighting, the exact withdrawal procedure and the verification thresholds for this operator are not quoted from the source that matters most, which is the operator's own terms and conditions.

Where the operator's own words appear on this site, they come from the description it published on its Trustpilot profile, and they are attributed there every time.

A review that quietly wrote a plausible wagering figure would read better and be worse. The pages that need those numbers — bonus and cashback, withdrawals — instead tell you which clauses to find and how to price them yourself, on the operator's own terms page, on the day.

How this site is paid, and what that does not buy

This site earns a commission when a reader opens the casino reached from the buttons on it. That casino is a different operator from the one being reviewed.

The structure is worth stating because it is the usual source of distortion in this genre and it is absent here in one specific way: there is no commercial relationship with Betpanda to protect, which is part of why the least flattering material — the suspended rating, the fake-review notice, the licence row naming a different domain — is at the top of the home page of this Betpanda review rather than in a footnote.

That is not the same as being disinterested. A reader who finishes the record and decides to look elsewhere is a reader who might use one of those buttons, and this site benefits if they do. The honest position is not “we have no interest” but “here is our interest, plainly, and here are the documents so you do not have to take our word for anything”.

Corrections

If something here is wrong, it should be fixed rather than defended. Records change: ratings are restored, licences are renewed, registers are updated, operators move domains. A page dated September 2026 describes September 2026.

The contact route is on who writes this. A correction that comes with a record and a date will be made.

Who writes this covers the site itself and its disclosure in full. Is Betpanda legit is the page where these rules do the most work. Safer play is the page this site would rather you read than any of the others.

Questions about Betpanda

Why is there no rating out of ten?
Because a single number would be made up. Nobody here has held an account at the operator, so a score would be assembled from the same public documents this site already shows you in full — with the reasoning hidden inside a digit. Showing the documents is more useful and more honest.
Why is there no payout time?
Because nobody here has timed one. A payout figure that has not been measured is a guess with a unit attached, and it is the single most commonly invented number in casino reviews. The operator's own claim of instant withdrawals is quoted as a claim, and marked as one.
Why does the site publish a negative search result?
Because a search that found nothing is evidence, provided the method is published with it. “Not found in the Curaçao portal, searched three ways, on 24 September 2026” can be checked and repeated. “Unlicensed” cannot, and is a stronger claim than the search supports.
Does the commercial arrangement affect what is published?
It affects what the site is paid for, and that is disclosed on every page. The worst facts about Betpanda are at the top of the home page rather than absent from it.
