Is Betpanda legit, and what would actually settle it

“Is Betpanda legit” is the second most searched question about this operator, and it is usually answered with a number out of ten. This page answers it with four documents instead, two of which say things the operator would rather you did not read, and one of which says nothing at all.

Is Betpanda legit? Start by deciding what the question means

The word covers at least three different questions, and they have different answers.

Does the site exist and take real money? Plainly yes. It has been at the same domain since 2022, it has a Trustpilot profile with hundreds of entries on it, and it appears in a national licence register under a closely related name. Nobody is arguing this is a page that vanishes on Monday.

Is it regulated in a way that gives a player somewhere to complain? That is the question the registers answer, and the answer has a gap in it that this page spends most of its length on.

Will it pay you? No document available from outside can answer that, and no honest page pretends otherwise. What the record can tell you is how many people say it did not, what the operator's own review profile has been sanctioned for, and where you would stand if it went wrong.

The Trustpilot notice, which is the heaviest item on the record

Trustpilot's profile page for betpanda.io carrying a red Warning badge, the line “This company's rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines”, the category Casino, and a red panel headed “Breach of guidelines” reading “We've removed a number of fake reviews for this company.”
Two separate statements, both Trustpilot's and neither a reviewer's: the score has been taken down, and the reason given is fake reviews that Trustpilot removed. The operator's avatar is cropped out of this shot on purpose — the record is the point, not the mark.

Trustpilot's profile for betpanda.io is in a warning state. Where the score would be there is a red badge and a sentence saying the rating is unavailable because of a breach of Trustpilot's guidelines. Alongside it sits a panel headed Breach of guidelines, which states that Trustpilot has removed a number of fake reviews for this company.

Both sentences are Trustpilot's. Neither is a reviewer's opinion, and neither can be edited by the operator.

It is worth being precise about what this does and does not establish, because both exaggeration and dismissal are easy here.

It does not establish fraud against players. Trustpilot polices reviews, not payouts. A business can have its profile sanctioned for review manipulation and still settle every withdrawal it receives.

It does establish two things that matter. First, somebody filed reviews on this profile that Trustpilot judged not genuine — which is a choice somebody made, and an odd one for a business with nothing to compensate for. Second, Trustpilot went further than deleting them and took the score down, which is its way of saying that what remains cannot be summarised into a number a reader should rely on. For a profile carrying 852 reviews, that is an unusual state.

The shape of what is left

852 reviews on file, 233 of them in the last twelve months

  • 5-star26%
  • 4-star4%
  • 3-star2%
  • 2-star3%
  • 1-star65%

Trustpilot states it removed a number of fake reviews from this profile and has suspended the score. Which rung the removed entries sat on is not published, so the percentages above are what remains after that removal, not before it.

The same 852 reviews as the screenshot above, drawn so the shape is the point. A business with ordinary mixed service produces a slope. This is a barbell: a large bottom, a smaller top and almost nothing between them — the pattern that appears when two populations are filing, not one.

With no score published, the distribution is the evidence.

Eight hundred and fifty-two reviews in total, 233 of them in the last twelve months. Sixty-five per cent on one star, twenty-six per cent on five, and nine per cent spread across the three rungs in between.

Businesses with genuinely mixed service do not produce that shape. They produce a slope, with a populated middle, because most real experiences are partly good and partly annoying. A barbell — heavy at both ends, hollow in the centre — is what you get when two separate groups are writing for two separate reasons.

Trustpilot's own notice tells you that part of the top end was not genuine. It does not publish how many entries were removed or which rung they came from, so the percentages above describe the profile after the cleanup, not before it. That cuts in an uncomfortable direction: whatever the five-star share looked like originally, the number you can see now is the one that survived a fake-review removal.

Trustpilot also publishes the subjects that recur across the reviews here: spam, payment, customer communications, fraud, refund, warranty, ethics, warning, discount, location. Those are platform tags on a body of text rather than anyone's finding. The cluster in the middle of that list — payment, refund, customer communications — is the vocabulary of people who deposited and then had trouble getting something back, and it is the same cluster that dominates complaint volumes across this whole category of operator. More on that on the withdrawals page.

The licence, and the domain that is not on it

A row of the Anjouan public licence register: company Interactive Pandas SRL, status Valid, license number ALSI-202502003-FI1, type b2c, issue date 2025-02-21, expiry date 2026-02-20, domains betpanda.gg and hotspins.io.
Read the two middle-right columns against each other. The status column says Valid; the expiry column beside it says 20 February 2026, seven months before this page was written. Then read the last column: the domain on the licence is betpanda.gg, not the betpanda.io that search results point at.

Here is the part that most pages answering “is Betpanda legit” get wrong by omission.

There is a licence. The Anjouan public register — open, searchable, no account needed — carries entry ALSI-202502003-FI1, held by Interactive Pandas SRL, type b2c, issued 21 February 2025, status Valid.

Two things sit on that same row, and both need reading.

The expiry date printed beside the status is 20 February 2026. This page was written on 24 September 2026. A register showing a licence as valid seven months past its own expiry date is telling you something about the register's housekeeping, and whatever it is telling you, it is not a fact you can lean on. This is not unique to this entry — several hundred rows in the same register are in the same condition — which is exactly why “licensed in Anjouan” as a standalone claim carries less than it sounds like.

The domains column on that row reads betpanda.gg, hotspins.io. Not betpanda.io. The address in the search results, on the Trustpilot profile and in the browser of everyone reading a page like this one is the .io, and it is not written on the licence.

There are ordinary explanations. Operators move between domains and registers lag. A group can license one property and run another. But the thing a player assumes when a footer says “licensed” is that the site they are on is the site on the paper, and here that is not demonstrated. The betpanda.io page goes further into the domain question.

The register that returned nothing

Three searches at cert.cga.cw, three times nothing

  • betpanda.ioNo results found.
  • betpandaNo results found.
  • Grey DakNo results found.

This means the portal holds no certificate under those three strings on that date. It does not mean the operator holds no licence anywhere — the Anjouan register does carry an entry, under a different company and a different domain, and other registers exist that this page has not searched.

A negative result is only worth printing when the search that produced it is described, so here it is in full: the Curaçao certificate portal, searched three ways on one afternoon, with the answer it gave each time.

The Curaçao certificate portal is the register most crypto casinos point at, and it can be searched by domain or company name by anyone with a browser.

Searched for betpanda.io: no results found. Searched for betpanda: no results found. Searched for Grey Dak, the company on the domain registration: no results found.

That is stated here with its method attached because a negative result without a method is worthless. It means the portal held no certificate under those three strings on 24 September 2026. It does not mean no licence exists anywhere — the Anjouan entry above is a licence, and there are other registers this page did not search.

Who you would be dealing with

Who is behind betpanda.io, according to each record that names anyone

  • Domain registryGrey Dak. Ltd, country code KN — Saint Kitts and Nevis, Charlestown. Registrant on the RDAP record for betpanda.io.
  • Licence registerInteractive Pandas SRL, licence ALSI-202502003-FI1 in the Anjouan register. The domains on that entry are betpanda.gg and hotspins.io.
  • Support contactCosta Rica, [email protected] — the contact details printed on the operator's own Trustpilot profile.

Two jurisdictions and a third for the licence. This page does not claim they are unconnected, and it does not claim they are the same business; it reports what each register prints.

Three public records, read the same afternoon, naming three different parties in three different places. None of them contradicts the others on its own terms — a domain registrant, a licence holder and a support address do not have to be one company. Together they are the reason a reader cannot answer “who am I dealing with” from the outside.

If something goes wrong, the practical question is who you complain to and under whose rules. The public records give three answers.

The domain registry names Grey Dak. Ltd, Charlestown, Saint Kitts and Nevis.

The licence register names Interactive Pandas SRL.

The operator's own Trustpilot contact details give Costa Rica and a support email.

That is three parties in three jurisdictions. It is not evidence of anything improper — corporate structures are routinely split like this for reasons that have nothing to do with players — but it is the honest answer to the question, and the answer is that from outside you cannot tell which entity holds your balance.

Compare that with the other half of the record, which is genuinely in the operator's favour:

A domain paid up to 2032 is a fact about a renewal invoice, not about an operator's intentions. It is quoted here because the opposite — a registration a few weeks old — would have been worth knowing, and it is not the case.

The registry record is the one document about this operator that nobody can edit after the fact, and it is free to read. It settles the age question — the domain is not new — and it names a company in a place the site itself never mentions.

The domain is four years old and paid up to 2032. That rules out the most common profile of a site set up to disappear.

So, is Betpanda legit?

Here is the summary this page will stand behind.

It is real, established and not a fly-by-night. It has a licence entry in a national register, under a sister company, attached to a different domain, past its printed expiry date, in a register where that condition is common.

Its review profile has been sanctioned by Trustpilot for fake reviews and its score has been withdrawn. Two-thirds of what remains is one star.

Nobody at this site has deposited, withdrawn or timed anything there, so this page publishes no payout time and no score out of ten.

That combination does not read as a scam and does not read as a recommendation. It reads as an operator you would want to be unusually careful with: small first deposit, terms read before claiming anything, and no assumption that “licensed” means what it sounds like.

Four things would change this assessment, and they are listed on the home page of this Betpanda review. The quickest of them — Trustpilot restoring the rating — costs you one click to check before you take anyone's word for it, including this page's.

Bonus and cashback covers the offer and the clause that decides what it is worth. Withdrawals covers the subject the complaints cluster around. Bitpanda or Betpanda is for readers who wanted the Austrian broker. How we check sets out the rules this page was written under, including the four kinds of claim it will not print.

Questions about Betpanda

What is the single strongest fact against Betpanda?
Trustpilot suspending the rating. The profile carries a red Warning badge and a panel stating that Trustpilot removed a number of fake reviews for the company. It is not a regulator's finding, but it is a platform sanctioning a business over its reviews, it is published by a third party, and it takes one click to verify.
What is the strongest fact in Betpanda's favour?
Age and continuity. The domain betpanda.io was registered on 4 May 2022 and is paid up to 2032, and there is a licence entry in the Anjouan register under a closely related domain. Disposable casino sites are typically weeks old with no register presence at all, and that is not the picture here.
Does “not found in a register” mean unlicensed?
No. It means that register, searched that way, on that date, returned nothing. The Curaçao certificate portal returned no results for betpanda.io, for betpanda and for the domain's registrant on 24 September 2026. Other registers exist, and the Anjouan register does carry a relevant entry. A negative search result is evidence about the search, not a verdict about the operator.
Can I rely on the one-star reviews?
Not individually. Each is one person's account of their own experience, unverified, and this site neither repeats them nor treats them as established fact. The aggregate is different: 852 reviews with 65% on one star and almost nothing in the middle is a shape, and shapes are harder to fake than sentences.
